Amy Ratterree is President of Grizzly Glass. As president, Amy is focused on ensuring the company always exceeds client expectations on every job, from start to finish. With Amy’s diverse background in customer relations, logistics and finance, working for both large corporate organizations and small businesses, she possesses the necessary talent and leadership to guide Grizzly Glass and continue our legacy of being the General Contractor’s “Glazier of Choice” in the DFW Metroplex. Amy graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration(BBS) with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.She is married and has two boys. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family and volunteering at her church.
CHRIS RATTERREE
Vice-President
Chris Ratterree is Vice-President of Grizzly Glass. Within the organization, he oversees and manages operations and sales. With a sharp eye for detail, Chris is a leader who prizes integrity and promotes excellence in every aspect of serving our clients. Chris’s background spans over 20 years of experience working for several large Fortune 500 corporations in Finance and Sales, with a goal to eventually run his own business. Today, he pours his efforts and experience into making Grizzly Glass the best glazier to partner with in the DFW Metroplex. Chris graduated from Trinity University and holds a Bachelors of Science(BBS) in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, being active outdoors, watching the Dallas Cowboys, RVing and lending a hand to extended family and friends. If he wasn't at Grizzly Glass, he'd be hiking in a National Park.
STEVE HUDGEONS III
Estimator/Project Manager
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Steve has been in the glass business for over 22 years. In fact, he's been a big part of the Grizzly Glass Team since 2000 where he's held nearly every position from fabricator and field foreman to estimator and project manager. Steve is married and has two wonderful kids. He is a lifelong Texas Rangers fan and also loves outdoor activities. If he wasn't at Grizzly Glass, Steve would probably be retired from the Marine Corps.
CODY DENTON
Field Superintendent
Cody grew up in Cleburne, Tx. He has been in the glass business for 22 years. Cody started off working in the field as a helper, glazier, then a foreman and eventually the Field Superintendent for Grizzly Glass. He is married and has two boys. Cody is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, loves sports in general, and enjoys spending time with his family. If he wasn't at Grizzly Glass, he'd probably be working in his yard.
RICK BARNES
Estimator/ Project Manager
A Mesquite, TX native, Rick has lived the glass business for 42 years. He completed a 2-year Glazier's Apprentice Program, worked in the field as an installer for 26 years, and has held roles as General Manager, Estimator, and Project Manager. Rick is married to his wife, Knyvett, has 2 daughters, 1 son, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. He enjoys hunting, Texas Rangers/Dallas Cowboys, Sprint and Drag Racing. Ever the jokester, Rick always finds a way to make us laugh and put a smile on our face. If he wasn't at Grizzly Glass, he'd be enjoying the outdoors somewhere.
Donny Darville
Estimator/Project Manager
Donny grew up in Kennedale, Texas. He's been in Glass for over 6 years and spent time as a Pre-Con Coordinator, Estimator, Lead Estimator and Estimating Manager. He is married to his wonderful wife Carlye and has three children that he's very proud of- Jaxon (6), Layton (4) and Hadlee (1). Donny is a BIG sports fan and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys coaching his son's baseball teams, is a New England Patriots fan (we don't hold that against him) and he was a running back for Henderson State Reddie's. If he wasn't at Grizzly Glass he'd probably be hunting, fishing or hanging out with friends and family.
JAMES TOUPAL
Estimator
James grew up the pride of Pleasant Grove, Texas. He's been a consistent force in the DFW Glass business for 45 years and held almost every position: Glazier, Foreman, Estimator and Manager. James has been married to his "Best Friend" for 30 years and has a son, granddaughter, a black cat, and a deaf white boxer. He loves cars, motorcycles, camping and the outdoors. James also follows all the local professional teams (Cowboys, Rangers, Stars and Mavericks). James volunteers with the KIROS Prison Ministry for over 17 years and sits on the board of the Texas Prison Ministry for the Hutchins Unit. If he wasnt working at Grizzly Glass, James would probably be at church or prison ministry.
MIKE BRADLEY
Project Manager
Mike grew up in East Fort Worth and has lived in Tarrant County his entire life. He started in the glass industry in 1993 and began working as a helper and worked his way up to journeyman, foreman and finally superintendent. He has served as a superintendent for 3 companies over the years. Mike has 3 children ages 29, 15 and 14. His oldest son Mason is a tank commander in the US Army and serves his country with great pride and honor. His middle son, Noble is a true athlete and loves to compete and excels in academics, football, and soccer. Mike's youngest is his daughter Lailah. She is his creative thinker, artist, academic, and athlete. She is a compassionate person and is always looking out for others. Last, but not least is his granddaughter, Sophia. She is a free spirit and inhales life at every turn. She brings the energy and excitement. Mike's wife Rita is rock they haven’t spent a day apart in the last 26 years. She is the driving force of his family and keeps them all grounded and focused. Mike's hobbies center mostly around his kids, attending all their games and events where he's usually the team photographer. He also enjoys woodworking and making unique and creative designs as gifts. Lastly, Mike ride's his motorcycle for peace of mind, taking short road trips to small towns and small-town cafes. He was born a Dallas Cowboys fan. If he wasn’t working at Grizzy Glass, Mike would probably be with family at a game, tournament or practice and loving every minute of it.
LISA ANGLIN
Office Administrator
Lisa grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, a river town on the Mississippi River. She joined Grizzly Glass in 2020 and has picked it up fast. While Lisa wears a few hats, her main focus is Accounts Payable and Payroll. She's mamma to a 9 year old lab mix, Sadie, who seems forever stuck as a toddler. Running, camping, and sitting on the patio listening to live music are some of Lisa's favorite things to do. If she wasn't at Grizzly Glass, she'd probably be playing fetch with Sadie but would prefer to be relaxing on a beach.
